Purpose

This policy confirms compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within business operations and any associated supply chains.

Scope

Applies to all work undertaken by Kenny Wallace trading as Peak Performance Unlocked™ / Performance-People–Process™, including consultancy, advisory, and content-creation activities.

Commitment

  • Modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking are not tolerated in any form.

  • All direct suppliers, subcontractors, and partners are expected to uphold the same standards.

  • Due diligence is applied to ensure that services, materials, and collaborations are free from exploitation.

  • Any credible concerns will be investigated and acted upon immediately.

Governance

Primary suppliers include Apple and Microsoft, both of which publish annual Modern Slavery and Human Rights Statements that align with UK legislation. This policy is reviewed annually and updated if legislation or operating conditions change.
